This site was designed to bring together all the people who would like to see illegal drugs made legal. We at www.makedrugslegal.net are about freedom of choice and the choice to make decisions that effect a person directly. Hundreds of thousands of people all over the world are made out to be criminals every weekend because they choose to spend their hard earned money on something that makes them feel good and effects no one but their own bodies and minds. In the forum you will meet people who are for and against drugs and you will be able to give your view on things. We ask that you treat the forum as a discussion and not an argument as so better to understand each others opinions.

In the news this year the Chief Constable of North Wales Richard Brunstrom campaigned for all drugs to be made legal. The Chief Constable said repealing the Misuse of Drugs Act would destroy a major source of organised crime.

In short, this means if you make drugs legal and regulated, the drug dealers we hear of now will be made obsolete. Also, that drugs would be made purer and safer for consumption.

The so called “war on drugs” is being lost. It will never, ever be won. People want to take drugs, it makes them feel good, and it should be their choice. If people were educated against the dangers of drugs (alcohol and smoking included) people would be better prepared for the harm they can of course do to a person.
